What is PPanel?

PPanel is a decorative interior wall panel manufactured using polypropylene and fibreglass. The resulting material, PPanel, is non-toxic, recyclable, odourless, and has no VOCs (volatile organic compounds, for those who are in the construction industry).

Polypropylene is a common material in everyday life.  Water filters, baby diapers and car bumpers are just a few of many daily products made using this material. And the great part about it is, that it is fully recyclable, meaning that we can all take steps to reduce our overall carbon footprint over the long run when using PPanel in various construction projects.

Fibreglass is used in a variety of applications, but mainly in insulations and to reinforce lightweight structures and/or objects such as planes, boats, bathtubs, hot tubs, swimming pools, and other objects of the sort. The material lends its physical properties to PPanel well, adding durability, rigidness, and water resistance to our product.

Why choose PPanel for your interior finishes?

PPanel is a superior hybrid material that offers commercial and residential developers many benefits when used as a decorative wall panel:

  • Fire-rated (tested via CAN/ULC S102, with a score of 90)
  • Testing (above) shows it is allowable for most commercial and residential spaces
  • Avoids drywall taping and mudding, saving you time on construction
  • Acts as a thermal insulator
  • Lightweight, making it ideal for installation at heights
  • Easy to install and replace
  • Highly durable and bendable material
  • Long-lasting, saving you money over the long run
  • Waterproof and mould-proof
  • Helps sound-proof rooms
  • Ages timelessly
  • Recyclable

How much does PPanel cost?
